In 1948, Norman Macrae joined in The Economist's 100+ year mediation
of pro-youth economics (investing in next generation's productivity out of every community). He diarised the next 40 years
of this entrepreneurial revolution as the paper went from 3rd wanked UK weekly to worlds favorite global viewspaper; in 1984
his book foresaw the internet and mobile connectivity. For Norman the net generation could be 10 times more productive
than ever before but only if economics was transformed to value collaboration, openness and multi-win models; and smart new
media & education empowered youth to vote for their own millennium goals and heroines
You
are invited to identify 100 leaders who wish to make 2010s youth;s most productive decade at http://yclub100.com
Discuss and help map multi-win models at eg http://businessmodels.tv/ Investing in youth requires simple things such as capital markets that take inter-generational savings and invest back in
that place's development - an understanding that the fatal conceit of macroeconomists, big bankers and politicians
on most tv shows has lost.
Entrepreneurial Revolution (ER) should matter to all young people, their parents and educators. Failure to openly question ER maps since 1976
has reduced US and major European Economies job creatrng capacity by at least 50% and has blocked progress on millennium
goals that worldwide youth could now be celebrating. Worse srill, MBA-mindset business models that are not ER-transparent are
spinning ever more dismal futures on youth at a time (2010s) that the net generation could be the most productive and
most sustainable our planet has ever seen http://www.normanmacrae.com/netfuture.html
After a quarter of a century at The Economist (1950-1975) questioning how unsustainable macroeconomic theory was
becoming, Norman Macrae dedicated the rest of his life to surveying Entrepreneurial Revolution (1st survey The Economist
1976) and Net Generation (first book 1984). chris.macrae@yahoo.co.uk

Not recommended 1978 saw an early new entrant = social
entrepreneur - the origin of this had no transparent and sustainable business model - a completely dissonant idelogy
of economics of entrepreneurship
1982 highly recommended Intrapreneur
- in association with J Giffoord Pinchot and various network centres including tarrytown USA and Foresight Sweden -
this ideology is reserved for those who value ending top-down bossing in service economy organsiational designs, value investing
in human learning curves (at least those most pursposeful to the organsaition) as well as making a free market of the
greatest projects and service franchises that old organisation or partnerships can generate - by 1995 in collaboration with
Economst Intelligence Unit Norman macrae Family published the first book on organsiing round brilliant projects
-curiously no busienss school tyet understands this methgod let alone values it
1984 Norman
and Chris Macrae's and Brian Stableford's book 2024 Report on net generation entrepreneurs
- start of the race to empower 10 times more productivity through the net geenartion while realising that with communications
tarnsformation of this order- the top-down risk of orwelloian big brother is what all who wish to invest in tehoir children
must race to prevent
1988 Privatization entrepreneur
- a deeply misunjdersttod subject of which Norman was a pioneer but not continuously able t5o steward as he retied after 40
years of The Economist to pother journalism duties including te biography of Von Neumann
1995
Inspired by Von Neumann, above zero sum or abundant joy of economics entrepreneurs
After
September 2001 we realised the need for collaboration entrepreneur after 4 years of
searching for collaboration flows in NGOs and civil society and .gov world and finding none in any of the most resourced
orgs of any of these types- none at EU's knowledgeboard.com, none at year of making poverty historty in london 2005 that ended
in 7/7, none in green energy and african reformation networks also blaired and browned as G8-20 hosts out of london at
that time. Our research of collaboration entrepreneurs showed by late 2005 that their most exciting focus was in the
grassroots networks of Bangladesh- whose social busienss entrepreneurs are a leading paradigm of what Norman Macrae would
value as collaboration entrepreneurs. To this end, Norman macrae's estate and Family Foundation whave set up the
journal of social buisness and issued many invitations to celebrate Banaglaseh's 40th anniversary year.

Ironically as of August 2011, the latest mailout from Ashoka is on a paper titled
collaboration entrepreneur by Bill Drayton. Doubly ironically collaboration entrepreneurs connecting the wprld's fastesd demanded
youth networks need to resolve conflict resollution further ahead than any other e-leaders ; yet this is one quality that
Bangladeshi's grassroots entrepreneur networks and worldwide alumni - have little experience of auditing.
